Kirk Session meets 12th November at 7.00pm.
Thursday
Weekday Worship at 11.15am (Tea/Coffee from10.30am).
Choir Practice at 7.30pm.
TODAY’S NOTICES:
1. Flowers in Church today have been donated by Janice Brown in memory
of her mum, Chrissie. Also, Helen Jeffrey in memory of her husband Ian.
2. Retiring Offering at the close of our Service, will be donated to Poppy Scotland. Thank you for your donations.
3. Janet (Prophet) would like to send her grateful thanks to the many folks of Larbert Tryst who sent their love, cards, flowers and best wishes on the death of her mum, Margaret (Rita) Turnbull, especially to those members who attended the funeral at Dunipace Church on Friday, 31st October. It was very much appreciated by Janet, Stewart and all the family.
4. Contact Forms: Thank you to all those who completed a Contact Form recently giving us permission to use your contact details for communication. We are hoping to use email where possible to get in touch with members.
If you didn’t manage to complete one, there are forms available in the vestibule and a box for you to return the completed forms. We appreciate your help and support in this matter!
5. CrossReach Wall Calendars – Orders are now being taken for the attractive 2026 Wall Calendar produced by the Church of Scotland CrossReach project. Ideal for personal use or as a gift at Christmas/New Year, this year’s cost is £5.50. Please place your order with Alex Duncan in the hall after this morning’s service.

6. Glasses: There is a box at the back of the church for old spectacles, which
will be donated to one of the local opticians.
7. Tryst Church Afternoon Group meets on Monday 10thNovember at 2.30pm. “New Falkirk Town Hall, Library & Hub” with Robert Hammond is our topic. All welcome.
8. Larbert Tryst Guild meets on Tuesday 11th November at 2.00pm. Our topic will be Comfort Rwanda, talk by Lyndsey Kirk. All welcome.
9. Weekday Worship on Thursday 13th November at 11.15am will be led by Rev. Anne White. Tea/ coffee and biscuits are available in the Church from 10.30am. All welcome.
10. Tear Fund Big Quiz Night: Saturday 15th November 2025 at 7.30pm.
We are joining hundreds of other churches in the UK, taking part in this event. Please register with Margaret Tooth (margaret.tooth@tryst.church.) Join in as a team of 4-6 or come along and be allocated to a team. Entry by donation. Tear Fund is transforming lives in communities around the world through local partners, and our contribution will help in that work.
Questions will be suitable for 12 years and upwards.

11. IT Doctor Corner – New! The Tryst Church IT Group will be trying something new during teas and coffees in the Large Hall. On 16, 23, and 30 November, we will have an IT Doctor Corner to help anyone with questions about using Tryst Church’s Office 365 system – including e-mails and online document storage. Please come along with your laptop, tablet or phone if you would like some help. It.group@tryst.church
12. Larbert Tryst Women’s Group meets on Tuesday 18th November at 7.00pm. Blooming Everything (Christmas ideas) will be our topic. All welcome.
13. Communion Service: On Sunday 23rd November, we celebrate the Sacrament of Communion at 10.30am led by Rev. Stuart Fulton. All welcome.
NEXT SUNDAY’S SERVICE:
Our Service begins at 10.30 am, when we welcome back Arthur Stewart
to lead our worship.
The Young Church meet in the Large Hall from 10.15am.
Teas/coffees are available after the service in the Large Hall. Please join us.
