Tryst Church is based in the church building on Kirk Avenue, Stenhousemuir, Larbert, FK5 4QB.

Getting to Tryst Church by car

๐Ÿš— From Falkirk (Approx. 10 minutes)

  • Head north along Grahams Road, which becomes Bainsford Main Street and then becomes Carron Road.
  • At the Carron Roundabout, take the second exit onto Stenhouse Road, which becomes Stenhousemuir Main Street
  • Where Main Street turns into Kirk Avenue, you will see Tryst Church in front of you.

๐Ÿš— From Glasgow (Approx. 35 minutes)

  • Take the M80 towards Stirling.
  • Exit onto the M876 towards Falkirk/Grangemouth.
  • Exit onto the A9 towards Larbert/Stenhousemuir.
  • Continue on the A9, then follow signs for Stenhousemuir.
  • Turn onto Kirk Avenue. Tryst Church will be on your right.

๐Ÿš— From Edinburgh (Approx. 45 minutes)

  • Take the M9 towards Stirling.
  • Exit onto the M876 towards Falkirk/Grangemouth.
  • Exit onto the A9 towards Larbert/Stenhousemuir.
  • Continue on the A9, then follow signs for Stenhousemuir.
  • Turn onto Kirk Avenue. Tryst Church will be on your right.

๐Ÿš— From Stirling (Approx. 15 minutes)

  • Take the M9 towards Edinburgh.
  • Exit onto the A9 towards Larbert/Stenhousemuir.
  • Continue on the A9, then follow signs for Stenhousemuir.
  • Turn onto Kirk Avenue. Tryst Church will be on your right.

๐Ÿ…ฟ๏ธ Parking: We have our own medium-sized car park (at the rear of the church building, off Adam Grossert Court) and on-street parking is available in the surrounding area.

Getting to Tryst Church by public transport

Tryst Church is easily accessible by train and bus.

๐Ÿš† By Train
The nearest railway station is Larbert Station, which is served by regular trains from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, and Falkirk. From the station:

  • Walk (approx. 15 minutes): Exit the station and walk north along Main Street towards Stenhousemuir. Turn right onto Kirk Avenue.
  • Bus: Take a local bus from Larbert Cross towards Stenhousemuir and alight near Kirk Avenue.

Several bus services run to Stenhousemuir from nearby towns and cities:

  • From Falkirk: Services such as Midland Bluebird/McGillโ€™s 2, 2A, 7, and 8 travel to Stenhousemuir.
  • From Glasgow & Stirling: First Bus and Midland Bluebird/McGillโ€™s operate routes connecting to Larbert and Stenhousemuir.
  • From Edinburgh: Citylink services to Falkirk or Stirling, then change to a local bus.
