Young Church
Welcome to Young Church at Tryst Church
At Tryst Church, we believe that faith begins early and grows best in a loving, joyful community. Our Young Church is a vibrant part of our Sunday mornings, specially designed for children from 3 years old through to secondary school pupils up to S6.
When and Where
Young Church meets each week in the Large Hall, just 15 minutes before the start of our Sunday morning service. We gather together, catch up with friends, and prepare to join the wider church family.
At the start of the service, our Young Church members join the full congregation for the first 20 minutes, participating in worship and sharing in the life of the church. After this, we return to the Large Hall to continue with our own age-appropriate activities, helping each young person grow in faith, friendship, and understanding of God’s love.
What to expect
Each session is thoughtfully planned to include:
- Bible stories and discussions
- Creative crafts and activities
- Songs and music
- Games and team-building
- Special projects and seasonal celebrations
Whether your child is starting nursery or preparing to leave school, there is a warm welcome and a place for them in our Young Church.
