THIS WEEK’S NOTICES:
2. Tryst Church Afternoon Group meets on Monday 15 th September at 2.30pm. Our topic will be our ‘Syllabus and a Catch Up’. All welcome. Weekday Worship on 18 th September at 11.15am will be led by Stephen McGuire, Senior Pastor from Found Church. Tea/coffee and biscuits are available in the Church from 10.30am. All welcome.
3. Larbert Tryst Guild meets on Tuesday 16 th September at 2.00pm. Our speaker is our Interim Moderator Rev. Robert Allan. His topic is “Good old Summer Mission has something to teach us all”. The congregation are welcome to join us at our meeting.
4. The World Day of Prayer Gathering will be held this Saturday 20 th September in Park Church, Stirling from 10.30am – 3.30pm. The theme will be ‘United in Prayer‘. Programme includes Guest speakers, WDP Stall, Table Talk. See notice board for further details.

ADVANCED NOTICES:
6. Larbert Tryst Women’s Group meets on 23 rd September at 7.00pm. Tearfund is a Christian charity who work directly, and/or alongside local partners and churches, in underserved communities in more than 50 countries to tackle complex poverty in three main ways Why not come along and join us to find out how they respond in a humane way, discover how they develop communities and help individuals and churches speak out on issues of poverty and injustice,
along with challenging unjust policies and practices at local, national and global levels. All welcome.
7. Memories Group: The next meeting will be on Wednesday 1 st October at 2.00pm in the Large Hall. It will be a Photo Memory Quiz with Syd Thomson.
8. Church Gardening Morning will be on Saturday 27th September 10am – 12noon. Any help will be greatly appreciated. We have daffodil bulbs to plant to brighten the garden for this coming spring.
9. Falkirk Foodbank: Donations will take place in the Church car park on 27th September from 11.00 – 11.30am. Thank you for your support.
10. Larbert Tryst Ceilidh takes place on Saturday 27 th September from 7pm Till 10pm including live music, dancing and Scottish food. Bring an instrument and join in the fun. Tickets £2 or family ticket £5 are on sale this morning from Fiona Bonar.
11. Larbert Tryst will hold its first Harvest Thanksgiving Service on Sunday 28th September at 10.30 am. Donations of nonperishable goods (tea, coffee, tinned vegetables, fruit, meat, etc) will be gratefully received and would be shared between KLSB Community Group and Falkirk Foodbank Trussell Trust, both charities who play such an important role in our local area.
NEXT SUNDAY’S SERVICE
Our service next week is at 10.30am and will be led by members of our Guild.
The young Church meet in the Large Hall from 10.15am.
Teas/coffees are available after the service in the Large Hall. Please join us.
