Logging into Microsoft 365

The video below shows you how to log into Microsoft 365. These steps replace the start of most of the other guidance videos. This is because Microsoft keeps changing its sign-in procedures, and at the moment this seems the easiest way to log in.

  1. In your web browser, go to: outlook.office.com
  2. Unless you’re taken straight into your church email area in Outlook, sign in using your church email account and password.
  3. You should then be taken to your email account area.
  4. From there you can also access other apps within Microsoft 365, including OneDrive, from where you can access the Team document storage areas areas.
  5. Move your mouse up to the top-left of the screen and click on the square nine-dot selector.
  6. A window will then appear with all the apps that are available to you.
  7. You can then click on the app you want to access, such as One Drive.
